These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of reidpremierfarms.com and purchases from Reid Premier Farms, operated by Reid Family Estates, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

Products, Subscriptions & Events

• Digital products — guides and downloads are licensed for personal use; they may not be redistributed or resold.
• CSA memberships — recurring subscriptions billed monthly until canceled. Membership details, pickup/delivery terms, and pause rules are described at purchase.
• Tickets & farm stays — event tickets and stays are subject to the date, safety, and refund terms shown at booking. Weather or safety cancellations receive a full refund or reschedule option.
• Courses & workshops — enrollment is per-seat; materials are for enrolled participants only.
• Merchandise — subject to the shipping and return terms shown at checkout.

Payments

Prices are in USD and processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide, including recurring charges for subscriptions until you cancel. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Subscriptions (CSA, supporter membership) may be canceled anytime; access continues through the paid period.
• Digital products are refundable within 14 days if the content was not accessed or downloaded.
• Event tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event unless stated otherwise at purchase.

Donations & Sponsorships

Donations support the farm project and are not tax-deductible charitable contributions unless we state otherwise in writing — Reid Premier Farms is a for-profit venture. Sponsorship recognition (such as name listings) is a thank-you, not a contract for advertising services. Funds are used at our discretion toward the stated project goals; we publish periodic progress updates.

Supporter Memberships

Any supporter or community membership offered is for education, discounts, and community participation only. It is not an investment, security, or profit-sharing arrangement, and no financial return is promised or implied.

Educational Content Disclaimer

Farming guides, courses, and AI-assisted answers are educational information, not agronomic, financial, or legal advice for your specific land, climate, or situation. Verify techniques against your local conditions and regulations before relying on them.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or access it unlawfully.
• Do not submit false information or another person's payment details.
• Content on this site (text, images, branding) is our property — do not reproduce it commercially without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
